StepwiseMD is a mobile study platform operated by Bitnit Labs ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StepwiseMD. The platform is intended for medical students and healthcare professionals using it for personal educational purposes. Access is granted through our invite process at access.stepwisemd.app.

StepwiseMD is a study aggregation platform providing educational reference materials for exam preparation purposes. The app interface, design, and original features are the property of Bitnit Labs. StepwiseMD is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBME, USMLE program, or any licensing body.
Always consult qualified clinical resources and licensed professionals when managing actual patients. Bitnit Labs assumes no liability for clinical decisions based on content within this app.
We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably possible.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may delete your own account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitnit Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
